1. Medical disclaimer. KLAR is for informational and fitness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The Recovery, Strain, Sleep, Calorie, cycle, and wellness signals it produces — including the early-warning and forecasting features — are estimates, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician for medical advice and before making health, training, nutrition, or medication decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in KLAR. KLAR is not a form of contraception and must not be used to prevent or plan pregnancy. It includes some advices from articles, but remember that each article may give you different insights, and it does not mean that the result of article reflect the best accurate result.

2. Use of the app. KLAR computes wellness estimates from data available in Apple Health and from information you log. These are estimates, not diagnoses. You are responsible for how you use them.

3. Subscriptions and billing. KLAR Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks premium features. It is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription, which may include an introductory free trial, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price and length are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A yearly subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings or from the Manage Subscription screen inside KLAR. If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew. All purchases are also subject to Apple's standard terms (the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).

4. Accuracy and limitations. Scores are derived from whatever sensor data your Apple Watch or iPhone provides, which can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. KLAR makes no guarantee of accuracy and is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on the app.

5. Your responsibilities. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Changes to these Terms. If we make a material change, KLAR will ask you to review and accept the updated version before you continue.

7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
